What is the Ms PAC Attack tournament?
The Ms PAC Attack tournament is an arcade game tournament where players compete simultaneously on the game Ms Pacman (the fast version). The Pittsburgh Arcade Collective established and trademarked the tournament in 2024, and held the first official Ms PAC Attack tournament at the 2024 Pittsburgh Gaming Expo.
4 players at a time compete head-to-head simultaneously on Ms Pacman. Each qualifying round is timed and lasts only 7-minutes. Players are awarded qualifying points (7, 5, 3, 1) based on their scores compared to the other players scores in that round. There is a total of three qualifying rounds per player. The 4 players with the most qualifying points (in each of the qualifier groups) will advance to the finals. Players who advance to the finals complete for a trophy and cash prize.
$10 entry fee. Registration begins at PinBrew on April 11, 2025 at 4:00pm and closes at 5:30pm. Spaces are limited to 24 players for this tournament, but could expand to 32 if there are enough players for an additional qualifying group.
